Every one of them is quoted from photos of the real space. There is no price list because two buildings of the same size are rarely the same job.
Office cleaningLaw offices, accounting and real estate suites, and the management offices of apartment complexes — cleaned on the schedule your building runs on. Retail spacesStorefronts of any size, cleaned before you open or after you close, so the floor is the last thing a customer notices. Construction cleaningAll three phases of a new build, through the final touch-up before handover. For finished work only — debris removal is not included. Deep cleaningThe full reset — for a first visit, a seasonal once-over, or a space that has not had proper attention in a while. Move-in, move-outThe space left empty and spotless for whoever takes the keys next — kitchen, restrooms, floors, closets and shelves. On a scheduleWeekly, every two weeks or monthly, with the same hands each time and the same standard on the tenth visit as on the first.
